Hello bois, just wanted to add this on forum, it's the current mood in horde side, so I guess it has it's place here:
Shit that is fucking the gameplay and the pleasure to play :
Having to fight a team with 4 druids
Having to fight a team with 3-4-5 healers
Having to fight a team with 25 buffs each
SF's BGs could be so much more fun if we put a limitation on the amount of healers, of chars of the same classes, and if we removed every buffs that aren't from a player's spellbook. Like, seriously, i'm sometimes logging my destro, and I have to fight vs idiots that I can't even hit cus they absorb 8k fire / shadow dmg before actually losing any HP
Too long alliance has been playing unfair (bcs everyone knows that only them are bad enough to play that unfair), so it would be a great improvement if we limited some stuffs that are basically pure cancer ^^
And for the one retards that will say " why don't you use buffs and log heals too OLOLOLOL??", i'd just answer that none everyone is a human waste
Put limits in bg
Re: Put limits in bg
1. Implement crossfaction BGs already, jesus fucking christ. There is no reason not to do it. None whatsoever.
2. BG pop should sort the players for the two teams from the pool of players whom were in queue at the time of the pop. This would ignore people who group queue, if the situation demands it. For example, 4 healers queue on alliance side, 2 do on horde. One of the alliance healers would be assigned to the horde team. If the horde team is full, the healer would swap places with a random damage dealer from the horde team. Randomizing the teams would go a long way. Force people to play against their friends. Force people to play with their enemies. I do not give a solitary shit if you "want to play with friends"

Re: Put limits in bg
These changes will only have a minor impact on BG balance. First off it doesn't matter to much if a team has 4 druid healers or 5x off a certain class. Because every class can perform well in battlegrounds it has more to do with skill and gear rather then what class you play. Also number of healers are irrelevant it's the quality of the healers that matter. For example in a long wsg when I play on my rdruids hugeinchina/hugeinjapan I can often reach 1mil+ healing with maybe 1-2 deaths and maybe 10-15 overall team deaths while bad healers basically only heal themselves and let their team die 100+ times and get maybe 100k healing done and 12deaths. If you wanna limit healing in BG putting a limit to say Max 2-3 healers per BG won't have any impact at all. It's all about quality not quantity this is true for DPS too but it's more important as a healer to play to the highest potential since if you fail your team dies and so do you. For example 1 strong healer and 9 DPS will be much harder to kill then 5 shitty healers and 5 DPS. Only way to truly balance bgs are to introduce a BG rating system with crossfaction too and make the team forced to be of equal/similar total player rating. However I don't like that since it's basically like saying (oh your really good so we force you into a team with 9 shitters because fuck you)
Re: Put limits in bg
yeah, of course, everyone knows you can kill a ruid EFC assited by 3 other druids, it's basic logic, u nid skil tats allludvigpasse wrote:These changes will only have a minor impact on BG balance. Re: Put limits in bg
Playing druid or healer for that matter does not by default make you strong in bgs. Although it's true some classes. Do better in certain bgs then others It has more to do with skill and gear of players. Strong healers has more carry potential then strong DPS though.
Re: Put limits in bg
I was thinking about those people who joins bg without gears or wrong geared.
May there's something to detect when someone isn't geared or lack anything, that he couldn't queue .
