problem with connect...

hello, i have problem to connect to server... i can chose realm, but ill get stuck with "logging in to the game server" window... i have your client and realm list set realmlist connect.smolderforge.com... can you help me?

Hi there, you should try to check your World of Warcraft folder, delete the "Cache" folder and the settings file "Config.wtf" located in the "WTF" folder.

notning chanched... it will be propably problem with my internet provider... before one year i was play on your server easy, but now before 2 weeks he did something with my receiver on roof... so there is that problem i thnk... coz i dont have antivirus and notning what can blocking connecting to your server

You may also try to flush your DNS cache.
Press Windows + R, type cmd and press Enter. Then type "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the quotation marks) and press Enter.
By the way, I highly advise you to use an antivirus AND a firewall.

What country are you from, by chance? We're getting several reports from people from Russia having issues connecting.

The time limit has expired. I cannot connect to that IP... I´m from czech republick, but before one year i was play on your server normally. I still have char there. For that time no hardvere changed at home and I still have same internet.
