GM Help. Donation problem.

So Ive tried donating for s4/donor access twice now with a Burger King gift card, its not working. I get to the end and it tells me to "close this tab to complete your purchase", so I do, and then nothing happens. No code appears in my Donation Codes.

I guess another possible attempt could be to use a different browser with no plugins/addons installed that could be blocking something.
