Hello there,
I have decided to make a 3rd part of Smolderforge bugs since this server has increased them for the last year and I think it's necessary to make a list of them so GMs can really see what players are complaining about.
I've just stacked up few of them, so feel free to add some of them in case you know some more.

Some of the " bugs " might be not bugs, but we had no enough profs from retail to check, so if you guys find anything, feel free to share <3

I will give links later: but garrote didnt had dr with other garrote during tbc, and all Silence effects. I made research especially By looking harp/sp vids from retails and it is legit (and Op, yes)
SnD is allowed in stealth since 3.0 patch, it wasnt possible before. So that is legit
There is a video showing that from neilyo like saying '' now u can use it in stealth' ;)

#28 - "Garrote silence has no cd." --> This is normal in TBC; Got fixed with Patch 3.0.8 in Wotlk.

The true problem of smolder is:
1. rng yes, resists, resisting rate. Like having 5% increase to 50% gg lol. But also miss. (with 9.7%hitcap cuz on smolder if u have only 6-7% you just get hundreds of miss).
2. Pet pathing.
Rogue bugs.
1. Throw/deadlythrow+restealth. Shouldnt be possible (ask Kez, im sure he knows what i mean :p )
2. Cloaking during blizzard works on first tick only. Next tick will pop the rog out. Pretty much gay for harp/mutilate players. (Made test with Genova.)
3. KS autoDR happens way to much here. Even if i know why it happens on pservers (DR=15s, KS=6s, 14s to be up, so there is a lack of 1s to reset DR), it's not smt that was that much occuring on retail, cuz retail wasnt this precise about DR. (read that on cc forums years ago. Idk.)

#6 Pet path -- 01:08
#7 Healing a pet doesn't keep you in combat -- Due to #50 (Pets do not remain in combat) 02:02
#8 Fel domination gets randomly removed -- It disappears after a CC 02:22
#10 CC duration in PvP -- Bug. It is supposed to be a maximum of 12 seconds in PvP after 2.0.1 (at the exception of spells with specific durations). Improved Succubus and Clever Traps shouldn't lead to a 13 seconds CC duration in PvP. Patch 2.0.1
#12 Cheat Death doesn't work on spell already casted -- Explanation from Paniz: It's not a rogue / Cheating death bug, it's bugged for absolutly every damage taken aura in the game (both decreasing and increasing auras, for example Protection stance, Shield Wall, Cheating Death and Complete Vulnerability[eng belt debuff], Blood frenzy, Scorch debuff, Misery, Shadow Weaving, etc.). 03:14
#17 Shadowfiend -- Targetting issues 04:41
#19 Two blessings can be used at the same time -- Bug with BoP only, which should remove the existing blessing. (wrong spell category) 05:10
#20 Intervene buff doesn't get removed -- The buff remains but only the first melee/ranged attack goes to the intervening warrior. 05:28
#23 Premeditation removes stealth -- Ptaq precised it removes stealth on player's target and doesn't put anyone in combat such as Distract on many private servers.
#24 Cast bar gets removed sometimes -- It may happen on player's castbar or enemy's cast bar. 07:08
#36 Players sometimes go to another place of the arena when you use cyclone -- Ptaq explained the issue, a player can randomly disappear from his enemy's sight on any crowd control effect

Invalid bugs or Proofs/Tests required:
#1 Pillar doesn't work -- You were too late, the spell (+-delay) had the time to be casted.
#2 Pillars "eat" spell -- It is very likely that you get the issue because of Prayer of Mending's travel time.
#3 Spell Range -- There is a forgiveness range of ~6 yards. I've recently tested with Fear and Fireball+Flame Throwing, it was 6-7 yards.
#4 Area Range -- Tests have to be done but indeed it seems bugged.
#5 Some addons don't work -- Isn't it the focus frame which makes this issue happen?
#9 Unstable Affliction dispel damages -- Paniz confirmed there is a high spell damage coefficient based on this link: http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Spell_pow ... efficients
#11 Hunter's mark removes stealth -- Based on #23, can we assume it is a bug?
#13 Balance of Power -- Testing?
#14 Prayer of Mending doesn't work through the pillar -- Isn't it related to the issue #2?
#15 Prayer of Mending makes you stop drinking -- Do you have any evidence it shouldn't work like that? Your warrior received damages which healed him and gave you back the prayer (he was in combat).
#16 Priest Shield absorbs more damages than it should -- Power Word: Shield benefits from 30% of healing bonus after 2.3.0
#18 Pets breaking Crowd Controls -- Working as intended, you have to use /petfollow or /petpassive on your Poly macros.
#21 Multiple procs at the same time -- It is due to PPM values. Did it work with PPM on retail?
#22 Sap in Bear Form -- Spell delay?
#25 Kill command can be used while pet is cced -- You can use Kill Command if your pet is out of your line of sight after 2.1.0. Do you have any evidence which shows this spell depends on your pet's state and not only on yours?
#26 Hunter's pet shouldn't dismiss in arena -- I've never seen this. It is most likely due to the pet combat bug and the stealth ability.
#27 You can't slice and dice in stealth -- SnD can't be used in stealth until wotlk.

#36 I believe he means when he cyclone a target the Player appears on the otherside of the Arena(oor) while he should stand there where he gets cycloned and is unable to get re-cycloned. This happens sometimes to Kidney Shot as well. You KS him and he appears on the other side of the Arena and you can't DMG him-
