Inactive account/character

Hello, I've got an inactive account with a 70 rogue named Bluemill. Is it possible to activate the account? I got the old account information and got the email since I last played with both my username and my password but can't logonto that account. I could even make an exactly identical account to that one with the same name/password. Help please!

Ye i feel like that should work. But I could make a new account with the same email so it doesn't really work. Thing is, I even have the old activation thingy with name and password from early 2015 on the same email. I guess it has gotten deleted?
