Rogue PvP Choices [Help me]

So I managed to find time to mess around on the server, and decided to invest into a rogue.
Although, I'm having a hard time deciding what's the way to go in many aspects:

-Weapon choice: What are the benefits of using a slower/faster weapon? Should I always use a faster off-hand? Should I even consider using an off-hand or just go with a one-hand? Is Dual-Wield specialization worth it? What about combat talents (specializations in different weapon types)-are they worth it? What are the talent trees/specs which match certain weapon combinations (such as fist weapon + dagger). And what are the advantages, disadvantages of all the weapon combinations (types) taking into account the off-hand/one hand option as well as the speed.
-Is armorpen worth it? Which stat is the most important (agil vs AP vs armorpen) in battlegrounds.
-Do I want to go for resilience if mostly I'm gonna be doing BGs?
-Meta Gem?
-PvE gear? Legs or Head?
-Survival talents?
- The significance of Hit rating, and expertise

Lol, yeah, That's exactly what I thought when writing this.

The problem is I cannot access old wow forums to read guides there.
Also, there aren't any extremely detailed, legitimate & trustworthy guides for rogue pvp for 2.4.3 patch.

A lot of people can help you but for all those questions they gotta invest like an hour man, I suggest you choose atleast a spec and ask specific things. But who knows maybe someone will actually write the essay.

get 80 hit, gem agi, I suggest you not to drop under 300 resi, always fast weapons for offhand because shiv requires less energy with them doesnt matter if its one hand or off just use a fast weapon and a slow one for mainhand so your hemo does better damage. This should be decent start.

Well, creating this post was stupid in the first place. I should've looked around more I guess and sat down for theorycrafting to discover myself what's the fitting build for me.
I found other sources like Ownedcore forums that may be helpful too.

for the gear you can simply find a good rogue and copy his stuff, build too. Thats how everyone started me includingly... nobody is theorycrafting alone for these basic things. You wont see too many variations in sf. Mutilate is bugged and rarely anybody plays combat so just copy the build everybody has, its the same.
