Unable to register account

I am currently unable to register an account on the website – the page refreshes upon hitting the "create account" button. I was not able to create an account on the forum from my Russian IP either – had to use a VPN for that, otherwise the connection timed out on me. The VPN doesn't help with the website though. I'd like to know if it's some clever anti-Russian filter and the quest is to find a work-around, while the reward is being able to play? :P

Likely that account name already exists, try a different name. As to why it's not erroring out correctly must be a bug that I need to fix.
