Account in-game login error

Hey,

when I am trying to login to my ingame acc, it gives me an error when loading a character list: "Error retrieving character list".

Account name: sekykx

I am sure it is due to the fact I exceeded the limit of created characters (according to website acc details, i have currently 12 characters there). This problem did occure by the time there were big lags on smolderforge and I was testing available names for my new character, so it probably didn't delete created testing characters properly (due to lags) and when I have created new one, it added it to the already maximum number of characters.

I hope you will solve this ASAP, cause I need that account for play... It will be enough if you just delete two last characters created, so i can login :) Thank you in advance.
