Is it possible for horde char to ride on Winterspring Frostsaber? Will the speed to be 100%?

Not possible they are bound to the Alliance races only.

Would you mind increasing the Speed of the 60% Mounts to 100%(Warlock and Paladin Mount as well if possible) ? Would add a cool Mount Variation to the already limited TBC Mounts.
