You or any other GM could be online lately and answer tickets, you could finally answer in skype, why would i spam you with messages when you´re not goin to answer them?

Because I don't let everyone contact me over Skype. It's ridiculous to assume everyone can freely have a direct contact method with me. I don't like being bothered by stuff 24/7 when I am not working on SF. I'm not a robot. Emails and tickets do just fine.

As for tickets, I don't see any reporting this issue.
