Hi I havnt played in about 2-3 years. I have no clue why my account is banned, just getting back into gaming again... can I please have it lifted?

Hey I used a cheat to see if it works, it won't happen again, every acc i try to log in on this computer is banned, I'm really sorry, but, for how long is it banned? I've been playing on this server about 5 years, some horde started hacking so I was like why couldn't alliance? I'm really sorry.

Even if you wanted to try out the cheat why did you have to use it on Smolderforge why not use it on a different server instead of risking your acocunt getting banned on Smolderforge?
