Yeah , i havent played for three years or so and when got back my char was gone actually all of them were. So can you atleast retrieve donor char named Lionheartt ?

That's too far past to restore. Do you remember when you stopped playing? Was it before 2013 or after?

well i stopped in december 2012, but i logged a few times in 2013 just to see and all was ok, but not since that. So you cant do anything ?

I can't restore the characters anymore, no. I can however reactivate your old donor codes if you shoot an email to [email protected] with your PayPal email address you donated from, etc. Anything that helps me to look up the old records. May take a while though, I'm a bit behind on emails again at the moment.
