Account accidentally banned

Hello!
Yesterday my account accidentally got banned and I am still unable to connect to the server.
I played in Warsong BG with my main character "Sherryl". While I was feared I got the invitation to join a 3v3 rated arena match.
I joined while I was still feared and then walked through a wall while waiting for the arena match to start. I fell out of the map and started flying around. A few seconds later I got kicked and banned.
Now I am looking for help for my problem to be solved because I didn´t do anything wrong.

Yes, I know that stupid feeling. When you join arena / bg while fear / blind or whatever that makes you move uncontrolled, it will make you ''fly'' as you described.

I hope this bug get fixed somehow and your problem to be considered as a bug not as a ban. Good luck.
