Actually the system I'm talking about doesn't counter CFBG at all.
More than just a CF BG system, which is nothing in term of development, it completes it by automatically putting players on team 1 or team 2, based on the number of players in queue overall and the number of healers and x classes already in queue/BG on each team.
We're talking about something AUTOMATICALLY TRIGGERING, you'll not have to wait hours to get a spot "because there are already 3 healers" like fak seems to understand.
More than just a CF BG system, which is nothing in term of development, it completes it by automatically putting players on team 1 or team 2, based on the number of players in queue overall and the number of healers and x classes already in queue/BG on each team.

Here is a very simple example of the healer balancing system, with CF BG ofc.

As you can see with the 4th to queue, he'll be in queue for team A, because there is already 1 healer on team B. But as we don't balance every class, the rest will just fill teams to an equal number as you can see with the following lines.
It's possible as well to make it more complex (the whole system) and add rogues to the balance.
Therefore, the only modification on this table would be the 8th player to queue: he should be on Team B instead of Team A because there is already one rogue on team A.
However, when one team is full, it would just fill the other one, no matter the class. When I say full, I'm not saying full enough to start.
Just in order to help those who didn't understand, but note it's a simple example and might not be accurate.

Why do the classes matter? Lol whether it's crossfaction or not the classes are the same, plenty on either side. Crossfaction would solve the unbalance if anything, most rogues go undead due to it being quite a strong race for rogues, if crossfaction, you have those rogues against each other instead of 9 on the same team. You say alliance has too many healers? Oh look now they're against each other so both teams have healers, your argument makes no sense.
