Have you got this issue when you click on "Create Account" from the home of the website ?

after writing my ID , my password and my email , I click on " create account " , the page is refreshed , and the account has not been created :(

Are you certain your email address isn't already used ?
If no, try another account name and be sure that your password matches with the verification one.

It doesn't matter if the email address has already been used.

Make sure you're not attempting to create an account with any non latin-based characters. To be safe, use just the English alphabet, same with password.

I just tested making an account, and it works fine. There has to be something invalid you're putting in. Make sure you use a REAL email address too.
