We're making it function like it did in 3.x+ soon to help prevent stuff like this, and decrease the amount of toxicity.

Thanks for the report, but considering you seem to have been both provoking each other I won't take any action.

I've finished rewriting DND system to function like it did in Wrath. Whispers to players with DND mode toggled on will not send. Whispering a player while in DND mode will toggle DND off. GMs are excluded from both.

I'll probably roll this change out in a few days.

It's scheduled to automatically go in next server crash or restart. Whichever one comes first. :)
