Hello, everytime when i want logg in to my Pally Shiron, there is "Charakter Locked. Contact Billing for more information" what is this? my account is Thrizzer, all my other charakters work but why not my pally? and i still got a 3$ transfer code open that is not answered or done since 21.06.2015

Should be fixed now.
