Really hard to believe that you didn't just make that up. Every bank has an emergency hotline on which you can freeze your bank account. And if you actually think your bank account has been hacked, you would have already done that. Also why do you care so much about his account getting closed? Any rational human being getting ripped off his bank account would care about getting the money back first. And your ip adress being linked to an account on this server pretty much seals the deal of you telling pure bs. I really feel sorry for Henhouse having to deal with such crap on a daily basis.

If your credit card has truly been stolen you would contact your bank, not the merchants demanding your money back. We have 0 way to tell if that is true or not, no way to provide assistance and "just give the money back" isn't a valid excuse for us.

That doesn't explain why you have in-game account and characters with 10 hours total played on from the same IP...
