I told you to unban ruuren or he will ddos the server. But you wouldn't listen now look what it got us.
The server is spamming info and tip to everyone in 1sec periods and I'm having a red latency.
Unban ruuren asap it will fix everything.

I always thought the guy was funny too, but I'm afraid he pushed it too far. I cannot have my graciousness continue to be made example of to where repeated ToS violators believe they can continue to get away with our rules.
