Master of Subtlety talent does not work

What is the bug?
Master of Subtlety talent does not work at all.

What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)
Talent.

How can you reproduce it?
Create a rogue. Spec into 3/3 Master of Subtlety, cast stealth.

Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
You're supposed to get a infinite buff as long as you're in stealth with the Master of Subtlety icon and when stealth is broken it shall last 6 seconds. As long as the buff is up all attacks shall cause 10% more damage.

Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
You cast stealth and nothing happens.

you're not supposed to get buff icon and I this talent is working iirc.

Aye you are correct. What messes it up is the fact that it had an icon in TBC, then it was removed, then introduced again in 3.0.2.
Also it seems to be working, it only messes up the damage chart when weapons are swapped.
