What is the bug?
All sort of increase/decrease in spell power when a dot is already applied to a target reduces and increases the damage ticks of the dots in real time. (same probably goes for attack power increase with bleeds etc)
What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)
Mechanic
How can you reproduce it?
Go on a warlock for example, cast a dot on the dummy. then look how much damage it does, then while the dot is still up, activate a trinket that increases your spell power for 20 seconds or so., you will now see that the same dot ticks for higher damage.
Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
It's supposed to take your spell power that you had when you first applied the dot, and regardless if you lose some buff or your SP trinket timer runs out, die or whatever. The dot should only care about how much spell power was affecting it when it first was applied. and that's the damage it should do.
Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
I explained it above

at 5:41, corruption deals 367 damage to the undead rogue while he has his trinket buff active
A few seconds later at 5:45 his buff fades away and at 5:47 corruption ticks for 366, and at 5:50 it ticks for 367 damage.

Re: Decrease/increase of ap/sp & dots/bleeds/over time effect
Fixed.
DOT's will now calculate damage on aura apply rather then on tick.
(Don't know when live.)
