Does any1 know if this npc is missing or i just don't know how to summon him http://www.wowwiki.com/Black_Guard_Swordsmith

This NPC probably cannot be summoned unless somebody fixes those Blacksmithing Plans.

I won't hold my breath for that, can't the npc be there without the blacksmithing plan being opened like the other bosses ?
