What is the bug?

Here I leave some #27 bugs of this server. Some of these bugs may be fixed already or some of them may be not even bugs.

What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)

Spell bug mostly.

How can you reproduce it?

Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:

Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:

#10: Stopcasting works weard in hunters:
-Noncombat: it works.
-Combat: it doesn't work.
#11: Kill command can be used while pet is cced.
#12: Pet gets bugged when you recall and it's dead:
What happens?
-It has lower hp.
-You don't have pet bar.
#14: Pets path is a bit wrong. Sometimes pets going through the pilar or flying.
#15: Kill command can be used through the pilar.
#16: Traps & Flare area is useful in out of scale zones (I don’t know how to explain, better watch it :D).
#17: Pet goes through pilar (I think this bug is repeted).
#18: When you use prayer of mending and your partner is in combat, you stop drinking.
#20: Garrot silence has no dr (not sure if it's a bug).
#21: Shadow embrase never goes.).
#24: You can reflect wand (not sure if it's a bug).
#25: Mind Soothe doesn't work.
#27: Cheat death doesn't work sometimes. (when there’s a spell in the air before the cheat death procs, that spell counts as a normal one, so when it procs and that spell attacks, it’s not affected by cheat death).

Great report, thanks for that. I'll keep this post updated with a list of bugs I already fixed.
#1: Spell Range doesn’t work.
(Invalid. Worked this way on retail, you get like +5 yards if the target is moving.)
#5: When you send the pet, you get in combat.
(Need retail proof, I remember that on some patches you could not get sapped when you send your pet to a enemy.)
#9: Using mark removes sealth.
(Need retail proof, spell casts should always remove stealth.)
#20: Garrot silence has no dr (not sure if it's a bug).
(Need retail proof.)

List of fixed bugs in this topic:

You can no longer dispel a target under the effect of Cyclone or Banish with Mass Dispel.
Flare is now instant and no longer delayed.
Flare and Frost Trap will no longer cause combat.
You can now detect stealth with Shadow Sight or if target has Hunter's Mark even if you target is behind you.
Traps now have their correct activation radius.

Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): All Silence spells now have diminishing returns. This includes: [Arcane Torrent], [Garrote] silence effect, [Improved Counterspell] effect, [Improved Kick] effect, [Silence], [Gag Order], [Silencing Shot], [Spell Lock], and [Strangulate].

It's not about the DR in general. It's about spammable silence effects, only garrote in TBC. Should Garrote have a DR with itself and only from the same caster? iirc it should have a dr.

very smart to link it from Wowhead. it broke stealth on TBC, they changed it on wotlk.

Slice and Dice _did_ remove stealth in TBC, it was changed in WotLK

I'm certain that using SnD in stealth did not break it, even in TBC. If changed, it would have been listed in the change logs:

Patch changes
Patch 3.3.0 (08-Dec-2009): Improved Slice and Dice and Glyph of Slice and Dice now update the duration of this ability.

Patch 3.0.9 (2009-02-10): This ability now increases melee attack speed by 40%, up from 30%. Affects final rank.

Patch 2.0.3 (09-Jan-2007): The rogue ability "Slice and Dice" will no longer be reported twice in floating combat text when used.

Patch 1.11.0 (20-Jun-2006): This ability will no longer play its sound effect twice.

Please correct me if I am wrong...
