Leveling up in SF for a reward

Ok, I'll bite. What's the name of it? You'll excuse my skepticism, I trust. I've heard 'best' flung around just so many times over the years.

For example, the last 'best' lvl 60 server I visited, didn't even have diminishing returns coded right. You could, as a result, sheep/sap someone indefinitely.

Thanks for the head's up. At the very least, it'll give me something to login while SF takes its daily shit for 3 or 4 hrs.

Now, I just gotta find a wrath server that actually had testers who do their job. Any ideas?
