Pain Suppression gets out of sealth

Well, I think the title is clair enough. Back in days, this bug was also in Nextgen and now I noticed about it in some arenas when I was playing with druid and some priest got me out of sealth when he used this spell (Pain Suppresion)

Weird this should not happen. But I added a check which should totaly fix it in any case.
