Warlock T6, 4 parts, 6% damage bonus to incinerate doesn't work, however it works for shadow bolt. Tested on dummy.

I just tested it again, hoping that core switch fixed it by any chance. It is still bugged exacly how it was.

Fire's more DPS with haste factored in (i.e. Sunwell gear), but then you could argue that it's less helpful to your raid. Either way a fix would be nice, then 4 piece t6 might even be almost possibly sorta worth it in BGs.

Fixed.

Now affects Drain Soul and Incinerate.
