3vs3 Arena Win Trading

So i went today to the newly created arenas 3vs3 Rated, and there was a Paladin, with no gear, joing rated, and loosing all the time, so many good people get's their rating lowed dow greatly, bacause he plays all the time. I have a screenshot.
He's name is Rocketcar, it is bannable, it harms other players and is not fair.

Probably wouldn't be the best idea to go around disclosing everyone's IP addresses, if you're alluding to the arena match history feature built into the website. I know, I know.
