This shadow priest talent is procing way more often than it should. In the past it was working correctly but lately something is very glitchy about it

Well i am saying this because i play a shadow priest and it doesn't feel right.

So you want Blackout to procc on period ticks and holy spells, just as it was before, right?
There is a reason people play less Shadow priests in bgs now.

I think it's rather nice that Blackout can proc from Silence though.

Fixed. Proc chance was correct.

Blackout can no longer proc from non damage sources for example Silence, Mind Vision (this also includes a few racials like Hex of Weakness and Touch of Weakness)
