BG flag capturing - 'shield' bug abuse

What is the bug?
The bug is that priests with shield or mages with their shields can continue to capture flags in AB or towers and graveyards in AV despite taking damage or being spell locked by warlock pet.

Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)
Ummm..... spell(s)...?

How can you reproduce it?
Let a priest cast Power word: Shield or mage an Ice barrier or Mana shield and if you attack the priest/mage they will continue to take the base as long as the sheild holds.

I think what i wrote up should hold up for these two points, dont' know what else to say. It's like when a player eats/drinks but a hunter flare lands near him, if he gets in combat he will stop eating/drinking, same thing should happen with flag, only that it would be damaged based, if you take damage even if having a sheild it should stop you from claiming base. Here players contune to claim bases even if you attack them with direct spells, AoE or melee abilities.

The 4k absorb item also goes into this category i dont think that its a bug tho cos if you arent taking dmg your casting bar doesnt have delay.

Actually it happens very freaquently.
Basically every mage, priest or any member of Passion or One Spot who is capapble of equiping a shield are exploiting this bug. Some do it intentionally and some don't.
Not saying it should be punishable but rather something that should be fixed asap.
