Forgot acc name/password

I was playing a lot on this server but 1 year ago i ended. Now i want to back but i forgot my pass/acc name. As you can see i logged on my forum acccount but in-game account must be diffrenet. I remember that i have 2 rogues- Trinc (Night Elf male) and Effie (Blood Elf female) and Dranei shamman( forgot name ._.) . Effie was with donated stuff like full s4 etc. I tried to recover my password but i only remember mail :/ . Can you help me or i must make new account?

Firstly you should make sure that your characters still exist (characters without donor protection can be deleted during server clean-ups).

It would be probably the safest way to send necessary account data to [email protected]
