How many people actually have Muramasa? And are these items gonna be attainable even if you haven't donated for say Hand of Deceiver? If so why would anybody honestly get Muramasa as an alternative (statwise) to Brutal sword? Just wondering if the process of making these items can be made easier by forgetting about somewhat useless items. For example Tempest of Chaos is completely inferior to Sunfire or Brutal Spellblade, but you can make sword models as daggers can't you?

Yes, players will be able to get those weapons without additional donation. Why do we make so many 'useless' weapons? Some examples:

Muramasa + Blade of Savagery - BiS for sword spec combat rogue, also pve rogues should be able to enjoy their warglaives too.

Muramasa + Muramasa - Not BiS for PvE fury warriors, but some of them actually want to use warglaives. Why 2 different Muramasa swords? We cannot make just one warglaive Muramsa because MH and OF weapons have completely different models, using wrong one would make the weapon look reversed. This involves making an actual custom game change because we have to change weapon's one-hand type to main-hand/off-hand to avoid visual bugs.

Tempest of Chaos - Probably the best weapon for prot paladins (some of them use Reign of Misery or s4 gavel). Also a good choice for those warlocks or mages who would like to have Thunderfury on their backs!

Well HoD is actually better DPS-wise as a sword rogue (spec fists and swords, I've tested plenty :P). But still I understand that much, but my point is that since you can make any model any weapon type why not make a Brutal Gladiator's Spellblade thunderfury, so warlocks and mages don't have to use a shittier weapon to have Thunderfury on their back AND save some space by say removing the ones that can already be attained like the Brutal Spellblade that's modeled as the red dagger from Durholde heroic.

nothing funy, its not about arena vendor its about all that new system with legendaries, so in bg/pve everyone would be able to obtain an legendary.

I don't agree with that, the name says it all, legendary. I think that those items should be super hard to get via arenas/bg/pve.
