World Bosses invasion!

Post by Keas »

Smolderforge's battlemasters area was recently attacked! Dragons, dinosaurs, hydras and many other world bosses were invading our coasts! Thanks to the brave defenders of our lands, we managed to push every single boss off the coasts, we also went to Godzilla's hideout and slain him.

At first, something appeared in the sky. Something unusual, something huge and unfriendly to any faction on Kalimdor:

And then it all began...

Even the creepiest species were slaughtered by these world bosses...

But in the end, the Horde and the Alliance players stood together...

And went to the "hive", where evil was falling beneath our brave warriors...

Always stay tuned and ready to defend yourselves. Who knows when and where the next invasion would take place?

would have been awesome if Godzilla was a skeleton dinosaur, considering how old that bastard is.

I thought Henhouse got rid of Godzilla's island?

or was it just no loner reachable?

That looks cool as fuck, and fun.

Good event, even though I wasn't there.

I'm glad players participated.

Over a year ago I made a event that can be turned on/off dedicated to Godzilla now. I reprogrammed him too then. I don't run the event often because if more than 40 people go, then players miss out of loot and rage (happened today), but also too many people are uncoordinated and just rampaging through constantly pulling ads, dying, etc. The boss is also meant for no more than 40 so it's not too easily killed, but oh well, that happened today. XD That's why I don't run the event often. It's too classic of an event from old days when we didn't have nearly as many people.

Makes sense.

But yeah I can see loot becoming an issue, and back then, 40 people in one spot was an amazing feat.
