Don't bother clicking on viewing any of the random named Topics opened. These kind of messages have been getting spammed on several different wow related websites and most likely any kind of forums . Yesterday they made around 20 Topics in a wow modding website .

Usually their multiple IPs are saved in a database. This database stocks IPs known as spam (the links in their topics are a scam or some kind of useless advertisements, however they'll be spamming it across the forums) and you could link your websites and/or forums to this database, disallowing these IPs from registering. You can access this feature in the Admin Panel.
