Whats your favourite thing about smolderforge?

It's just a curious thing but what do you enjoy most about smoldy forgy?

Me personally, I love the community. Yea, sure...you get a few rad douche bags but all it takes is bumping into the right people and having people to talk with - or 5 friends that you can just log on and just do any heroic instance or premade set group for a BG to have fun with over skype.

But yea! i'm just curious, whats your favourite thing?

The best part was BGs but that was a long time ago - nowadays its nothing but a premade zerg vs randoms. I miss logging on, going hyjal or a random bg to just randomly bump into people and fight. Its nothing but a zerg of 8 people from the same guild moving from base to base obliterating everything in their way for the purpose of getting most HKs possible. How fun can it be to kill someone when you're a fistful versus one guy?

You forgot the Ezatt/Fak tantrums that added so much entertainment on the server. But BGs have kinda blown for at least 2 years now, it's just gotten worse.

IMO the bg issue can be fixed via a restriction of swp items ( for example ), like you cant enter the bg if you had more than 1 swp item..

IMO the bg issue can be fixed via a restriction of swp items ( for example ), like you cant enter the bg if you had more than 1 swp item..

This is an awesome idea, as people can't switch their gear once they're in a BG. Oh, wait...

My favorite thing about Smolderforge is getting to create something new, or redesigning something that everyone else gets excited about, and getting to see everyone enjoy. It's the best feeling. Sadly, I don't get to see it as much since we've exhausted so many ideas and things on Smolderforge, but some of the things we did back in the day, or even still do now occasionally is just awesome to see people do. There's something to be said about creating something, and seeing people experience. It's a good feeling.

This is an awesome idea, as people can't switch their gear once they're in a BG. Oh, wait....

Would likely be resolved by programming a way to check for presence of BG on item equip and 1. If player is in BG/Arena, 2. If player also is attempting to equip one of the restricted pieces of gear
