Loosing one's account

So Long story short ... I'm playing here for 5 years , and iv stopped playing last year , but when i'm trying to open my old accounts , it's telling me that they are no longer exist , weird O_o , so how can i solve this , pleas help me , :D thanks in advance

You contact Henhouse at [email protected] with account related issues. Your account was probably removed during the server clean-ups.

You probably can't get the account back since it was 5 years ago. Nowadays you can preserve donation accounts by clicking the crystal in the donation mall, that way your account won't get deleted not even due to inactivity.

Just to add on to that: the crystal is only for donors who donated before January 21st, 2013. Every donor claimed after that date is automatically preserved!
