The armorsmith in lower city Zura Slagfury is somehow bugged, in learned items it shows items that i dont have nor i can learn...

I'm not sure if I understand the problem. Does this differ anyhow from your list? My blacksmith is armorsmithing specced.

mine is leveled up too and it shows the exact thing, but i cant learn any of those items, can you ?

Do you have Armorsmithing Specialization?

ye ye i have made the sc plate chest ( for dps ) and i use it..and i have ar. leveled and the specialization
