Recovering account credentials

Post by Imperium »

Trying to login with my old account, though it tells me I have the wrong password.

Tried to do the whole password recovery option on the website, but it tells me the email and account name do not match.

I do however, receive notifications from SF sent to that email.
I do remember my account name.

My question is, has my account been wiped?

so it still exists, think of the account info once again

Yep that's him.

Pretty sure I had the whole character preservation thing too.

Dunno, I'll take a guess at the credentials again.

UPDATE: Managed to change my ingame password via the Account Manager.

Although, when trying to login, it still gives me the invalid user/credentials notification.

You've not editing the realmlist correctly then. You're pointing somewhere else.

It does... I guarantee it. Unless there is something specifically wrong with yours.

Why don't you just contact me directly to get this sorted out since you still have my contact info?
