Account login issue

Hello there! It's been a while since I played here(maybe 5-6 months) and i tried to log with my main acc but it allwasy says my password is wrong, i tried to retrieve the pass via the lost pass options, and on my email i get the pass that matches on my acc name, but it still gives me the wrong pass error. I tried to log in the game with a diff acc of mine and it works. So Hen if you could help me sort this out i will be happy more than ever^^
Just tell me where to send you more details about the acc like mail,name,chars:)

Not sure if it's the same kind of problem as usual, since you can get a new password by using the lost password feature, but many accounts are deleted during the cleanups. Now donor players are protected from cleanups no matter how long they're offline.

5-6 months doesn't sound long enough to have lost your account, unless it was really longer than that.

Shoot an email over to [email protected] with anything you can remember, account name, character names, Paypal email address, etc.
