I though so... How does he do to put directly groups in his UI ? I know how to do it for players, not for groups. : /

Instead of selecting an individual player, you select the whole group by dragging the group text out. So if you want group 1 for example, you simply select 'Group 1' and drag it out on to the ui.

There's some options for the raid frames in the interface menu as well.
