You can just spawn any level 70 raid boss and scale it down a bit, root it and throw a uber on it.

Pretty much the same thing as the level 70 raid dummy in wotlk towns.

And clone it 3-4 times because i thing that lot of players will train them skills and if Dummy is 1 will be ... :D

not really, you can just .maxskill but whatever..

Skills are maxed by default now, unless you just learn them you can relog or .maxskill

Yeah I noticed that with the default ones, but I'm talking about the ones you learn, instead of relogging just type ;)
