I higly doubt anybody is using noggenfoggen elixir to get slowfal

mage can not cast slowfall on you in TBC, it's only for himself. that's what makes mages more unique along with priests (levitate- also self only). I higly doubt anybody is using noggenfoggen elixir to get slowfall and hoesntly i haven't seen anybody with parachute cloak on the server

Every toon I could log in use it, along with rocket socks. :D

That very well may be the case, but that trusty cloak comes in handy sometimes.
I could offer an example, but we have enough flying Muricans in WSG. ;D
