Fel Guard and Mass Dispel

Fel Guard's passive ability "Avoidance" is causing a huge bug. It grants Fel Guard 50% chance to resists hostile Area of Effect spells. However at the moment it also affects benefical spells, such as Mass Dispel. This is a huge bug and a disagvantage for the warlock and the dispeling priest due to Mass Dispel being the only spell capable dispeling Banish. Assuming it will be resisted most of the times it also consumes vast amounts of mana for nothing.
