HELP. Acoount Deleted or what? Admin Read please!

You're misunderstanding that about us page. That refers to restarting the server and wiping everyone's characters, which many servers in the past used to do. Having your account deleted due to inactivity does not fall under that category. We've been around for 5 years and had 1.5 million character creations in that amount of time. If we did not delete inactive accounts, banned accounts, etc. we would not be able to still run because 80% of the server would be useless, inactive data and we would be boggled down so badly to where the server probably could not perform at all.

We warn people ahead of time about these cleanups, and they are preventable. However if you've been gone for 3 years you missed about the past 7 or 8 cleanups. Only until earlier this year did we implement account preservation for donors which you would need to opt-in if you were an old donor.


You were pruned due to inactivity, nothing more. It's an essential procedure that has to be done. Many servers do this. For example, Molten-WoW performs it every month and deletes accounts at a much closer offline ratio than we do.

Okey i understand that but cant i get like 4x donations back on my new account?
Or the screenshots with proofs are worthless , just asking becouse you didnt say if i could get them back or no. Just the ''wipe thing'' was clear for me.
