Hello. As Awoth and others have said, if your account is inactive for 10+ months it will be wiped out to improve the server stability. Sadly there is no way of getting your account back. Also it's called a "DONATION" you donate, you never buy anything.

It's like you're donating, lets say $100, to the Red Cross and then after a while coming back like "Pls can I haz moni bak?" No. It won't work.

I'm sorry, but you won't get your account nor donation back. I hope to see you ingame with a different character! Have a nice day.

If you were to donate again you can click the "Preservation Crystal" in the Donor Mall and your account will be saved throughout the account wipes.

Sadly when i played back in the days there were no ''Preservation Crystal'', kinda gay if you ask me.
