HELP. Acoount Deleted or what? Admin Read please!

Hello i have issue with my account, i registered account 3 years ago and i donated full s4 and donor mail for 4 characters havent played since then and i cant log in shows my account name is incorrect becouse when i tried to register again with same e-mail it showed the e-mail is in use so yeah. I wanted to ask can you reactivate my account becouse i paid for my donations and ofc here are some proofs.

Would be great if you could reactivate it and send me new info to my [email protected] e-mail , and would be great to get back those 4 chars with s4 donations.

No wipes on chars. So my acc is locked or not active?

Edit 3. I checked armoury to see if i can see my chars, and i didnt, i remember 3 names Jingles, Inflames(warlock) <-- on armoury there is priest so i dunno, and Jiglypuff, the 4rd one i cant seem to remember.

Then why server ''About'' Info is wrong? The statement ''no character wipes'' is fake then okey.
But i still wana see Admin reply becouse i think i got enough proof to get my account back.
+account cleaning is dumb idea, ppl take long brakes from this games and still come back.

Edit. I red some topic about the character wiping, and even gms's told its a dumb idea to delete some account, and if there is deleted characters atleast give me 4x Donation ID Numbers.So i could make new account and there woudnt be anny problems.
Just saying donation is real money, you need to be resposible about money things, and i dont think you should even delete donor accounts. Thats real money on the donor account.

And why cant i get it back? I showed the proofs, im not arguing w/o proof i showed pics, + the statement ''never char wipe'' is lie then? And the donation info you writh, when i click to donate button on website there is no such info, how could i know then?
