today, 26 May 2013 I received a ban for 2 VIP accounts, the reason probably was autoclicker with whom I farmed honors. Did not even know its bannable. ( its same like fishbot or multiboxing ) I would like to ask how long I will have to ban accounts that I have come in terms of € 25 for this trivial thing. Thank you for your response.

PS: do something with the account manager, not even a sign when you have a ban or get some information about the ban

Your accounts were closed for using a botting problem to farm honorable kills on a naked, blank character. This should be very, very obvious it is not allowed.

The main site does tell you when you are suspended or banned (that itself is a different as well), but you need to contact us, as you have done to receive that information.

First of all. Multiboxing isn't fully supported by Blizzard, they just allow it because you as a human (monkey in your case) do your own actions and Blizzard gets simple money from it. A Fishing Bot have never been allowed just like any Gather/Battleground bots out there for obvious reasons.

You just want an easy unban and I hope that you are playing dumb in your message for your own sake. You just didn't think you'd get caught. I hope you lose your "VIP" accounts.
