I would love this, but its so unbalanced if you rush/donate r14 gear.
There's no more trusted observer than someone who suspects you.

Hm, would 2.4.3 with a lvl 60 cap work? Probably too much damage at 60, but those talents are way more interesting than that crap from 1.12. (Blocking talents sucks imo =P)

I like that idea though. (although it needs some serious work on how Item Tiers get obtained)

im pretty sure t3 is nax gear lol t2.5 comes from aq learn ur instances cube

Probably another server because I never did anything like this when we ran Pre-TBC last time and vowed to never allow donations for T3. I allowed donating for Dungeon Set 2 and that was it, everything else has to be earned since it wasn't a funserver.

Hmm, does sound like several of the Pre-TBC servers though...

Pve would not work well with 2.4.3 talents. It would be far too easy. And pvp....
