Or how about you put class restrictions for specified gear type
Like mages locks and priest can only use cloth
That would force players to use the gear that is made for the class
And would probably balance things more

What about pve geared rogues and ferals with 4x t6 doing 5k crits casually?

Cloth barely has 2% more haste while it gimps them against melee damage by much more.

No one cares to raid SC anymore .. the problem is that if one were to remove all SWP items from donor mall it would still be very easy to get it though SC again if nothing changes. It will just take some more time but i'm sure people will gear some classes.
