Anticipating Problems: MoP Installed

Post by clahey »

Hi,

I know I will sound like a total noob with this post, but I am trying to eliminate any problems before they occur. I currently have an active WoW account, and have the current 5.2 MoP installation.

I decided to download the pre-installed version and, maybe this is stupid, but I would rather not have to delete my retail version of wow.

Can anyone tell me if I will encounter problems? I didn't see any posts with step-by-step instructions regarding the pre-installed version.

Thanks in advance,

Clahey

Since the pre-installed version does not install anything, you should be fine.

Thanks for the incredibly quick response. I did try, was unable to connect, but then noticed the realmlist file was empty, so I will try adding the info and...well, good luck to me.

So far this seems like a great community.
