I went with the 17/0/44 put points in perma instead of blizzard. Now I just need a good rotation for entering in like a Bg battle. Sorry I haven't played wow in quite a bit.

i do 100% arcane missile resist, to make finishers easy in arenas. but it's all on ur play style
